Fun with numbers: The girls district tournaments

BY BRANT PARSONS — Two weeks ago during the recording of the award-winning podcast The Dirty South, Dan Ward and I discussed the stat function inside Track Wrestling and how it would be fun to compile those.

I decided to give it a shot and kept track of stats for the 16 girls district tournaments and created some leaderboards for it.

There are many other stats you can find in each tournament recap, and obviously the size of districts and fields played a role in some of these. They’re still a fun snapshot into a great week of wrestling. We hope you enjoy them.
