100 upsets from girls regions

BY BRANT PARSONS — The girls state tournament lineup is set after a whirlwind weekend of region action.

We’ve looked at every bout in every weight class in every bracket and we’ve compiled a list of “upsets” from the week based on our official Kabra Wrestling rankings.

This is just a small selection of big wins that have taken place since we last updated the rankings and would be considered upsets by Kabra Wrestling. We didn’t get them all, but we tried to get as many notables ones as we could.

When the new rankings come out, these likely will no longer appear as upsets, and later in the season, they may really not look like upsets - but for now, let’s look at some of the shockers this past week in the girls postseason.
