South Lake: (From FHSAA classifieds) Searching for a head wrestling coach. Looking for a coach with a deep understanding of wrestling techniques, strategies, and rules, as well as strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Creekside: This position comes with the responsibilities pertaining to managing a coaching staff, working with the overall booster club, managing all paperwork that is included for the student-athlete’s eligibility, fundraising, such as tracking grades, mentoring student-athletes, and scheduling/planning practices and contests. Springstead: Accepting applications for an Assistant Wrestling Coaching position. We are a well established program that has won 3 State titles, 10 Regional titles and 34 IBT District Team titles, including IBT and Dual District titles this past season. We are also in our 2nd year of building our girls wrestling program, which has produced a team District runner-up and individual state placers each of the first two years in existence . We are looking for a coach that is willing and able to assist in all facets of our program both in and out of season, and to aid our current coaches in getting our program back to the state championship podium. Teaching on campus is not a necessity for the coaching position, however we do currently have Science, ESE and Math positions open. Other subject areas may become available for next school year.
