Outlook: Longtime head coach Kitko takes over a Matanzas program that saw a massive exodus of wrestlers when Michael Fries stepped down after last season. He’ll look to build the program back up. As of press time, we aren’t sure the status of some wrestlers who competed here last season.

Orange City University Titans

Coach: Jeff Howard (1st at school/3rd overall)

Assistant coach: Slade High-Tompkins

What they are saying: “We want to have a competitive girls team. We want to be competitive and accomplish our goals for both teams. The girls have been a slower start but we are starting to pick up members of the team.”

Outlook: Last year was the first year that they Greyhounds had some girls on the wrestling team and they will look to continue the growth process this year. There are three girls coming back with experience and they had 10 girls sign-up at an interest meeting.

Innovation Bulls

Coach: Nathan Hauser (1st year at school/3rd overall)

Assistant coaches: Gabriel Lopez, Derek Garcia

Outlook: Hauser moved over to the brand-new school from Wekiva to start this program from scratch.
